不同地区野生芨芨草种子萌发期耐盐性综合评价

摘    要:不同地区环境条件的分异及长期筛选导致植物种子的耐盐性存在差异,基于此,以采自甘肃、新疆、陕西和内蒙等地的芨芨草种子为研究对象,通过萌发试验探究不同浓度NaCl溶液[0.00%(对照)、0.30%、 0.60%、0.90%、1.20%和1.50%]对不同地区芨芨草种子萌发的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl溶液浓度升高,所有地区芨芨草种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、简化活力指数均呈下降趋势,而胚芽长度在巴彦淖尔、榆林、张掖、天祝、平川地区呈现先增后降趋势,在其他地区呈下降趋势;胚根长度在兰州、巴彦淖尔、榆林、天祝、内蒙包头、金昌、平川、景泰地区呈现先增后降趋势,在其他地区呈下降趋势。在同一NaCl浓度下,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数最高的种子出现在酒泉地区,分别为68.33%、62.00%、54.16,最低出现在兰州地区,分别为1.00%、0.00%、0.14;胚芽、胚根最长的种子出现在巴彦淖尔地区,分别为4.47 cm、3.47 cm,最短出现在新疆地区,均为0.00 cm;简化活力指数最大的种子出现在金昌地区(为0.38),最小出现在新疆地区(为0.00)。经综合评价发现,耐盐性最强的为酒泉地区芨芨草种子,最弱的为兰州地区芨芨草种子。多元回归分析表明,来自所有采样区的芨芨草鲜质量、发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势均对耐盐性响应较强,可以作为种子萌发期耐盐性评价核心指标。

Abstract:The differentiation of environmental conditions in different areas and long-term screening result in differenct salt tolerances of plant seeds. In this study, Achnatherum splendens seeds collected in Gansu, Xinjiang, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia were taken as objects, the effects of different concentrations of NaCl solution (0.00%, 0.30%, 0.60%, 0.90%, 1.20% and 1.50%) on germination were studied through germination experiments. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, germination index and simplified vigor index of Achnatherum splendens seeds decreased with the increase of NaCl solution concentration, the germ length showed a rising trend at first and then declining trend in Bayannaoer, Yulin, Zhangye,Tianzhu,Pingchuan , while it decreased in other areas.The radicle length increased at first,and then decreased in Lanzhou, Bayannaoer, Yulin, Tianzhu, Baotou,Jingchang,Pingchuan and Jingtai, while it showed declining trend in the other areas.Under the same NaCl level, the germination rate, germination potential and germination index were highest in Jiuquan, which were 68.33%, 62.00% and 54.16, respectively, while it was the lowest in Lanzhou, which were 1.00%, 0.00% and 0.14, respectively.The seeds with longest germ and radicle were from Bayannaoer,which was 4.47 cm and 3.47 cm, respectively, and the seeds with shortest germ and radicle were from Xinjiang,both of them were 0.00 cm. And the seeds with largest simplified vigor index from Jinchang, which was 0.38, and the smallest one was from from Xinjiang,which was 0.00. The seeds of Achnatherum splendens from Jiuquan had the strongest salt tolerance, and the seeds from Lanzhou had the weakest salt tolerance after the comprehensive evaluation. Fresh weight, germination rate, germination index and germination potential of Achnatherum splendens from all sampling areas showed the strongest response to salt tolerance through multiple regression analysis, and can be used as the core index of salt tolerance evaluation during seed germination period.
