威海西洋参产地初加工技术

摘    要:目前,由于西洋参药材质量不可控导致产品质量差别较大,造成西洋参市场紊乱,严重威胁西洋参质量稳定和临床用药安全,也浪费大量的种植资源和药材资源。分析了威海产区西洋参的采收及加工环境、加工工艺流程、质量检验与等级划分、包装和仓储等技术规范。该规范适用于西洋参原产地的初级加工生产,以期获得更高品质的西洋参,规范西洋参采收和初加工操作,保障西洋参质量安全、有效、稳定和可靠。

Abstract:At present, the quality of panax quinquefolius is not controllable, leading to a large difference in product quality, causing market disorder of Panax quinquefolius, seriously threatening the stability of panax quinquefolius quality and the safety of clinical medication, and also wasting a lot of planting resources and medicinal materials. In this paper, the collection and processing environment, processing process, quality inspection and grade classification, packaging and storage technology of Ginseng in Weihai area were standardized, which are suitable for primary processing and production of ginseng in the original place. In order to obtain higher quality Panax quinquefolium L., standardize the collection and primary processing operation of Panax quinquefolium L., guarantee the quality safety, effectiveness, stability and reliability of Panax quinquefolium L.
