| 摘 要： | 通过温室盆栽试验研究了苍耳叶5种溶剂提取物对番茄根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)的活性。结果表明,苍耳叶5种溶剂提取物均有一定的杀线虫活性,其中丙酮与甲醇提取物120mg干粉/mL的防治效果最佳,分别为75.54%和73.83%。不同溶剂对苍耳叶的提取率间存在明显差异,且这种差异与不同溶剂提取物杀线虫活性间的差异之间存在一定相关性。同时苍耳叶提取物对番茄生长具有一定的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Nematicidal activity of extracts of Xanthium sibiricum was studied in the pot trial.The results indicated that all the 5 extracts had a nematicidal activity to Meloidogyne incognita.The extracts of methanol and acctone with concentration of 120mg dried powder/mL had the best effect with the control rates of 73.83%and75.54% respectively.The extract rates of different solvents were obviously different,and it had a certain correlation to that of nematicidal activity of extracts of Xanthium sibiricum.,the extracts of Xanthium sibiricum might inhibited the growth of tomato. |
