野马追药材HPLC指纹图谱的研究

摘    要:目的]建立野马追HPLC指纹图谱。方法]色谱柱Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6mm×150ml,3.5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为0.04%的磷酸水溶液(A)和乙腈(B),检测波长为254nm,流速为0.8ml/min,采取梯度洗脱的方式:0-15min时,A为90%-70%;15-30min时,A为70%-20%;30-35min时,A为20%-10%;运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版1.0版进行分析。结果]通过对10批不同产地药材的结果标定,共有14个共有峰。通过方法学验证,证明该方法精密度、稳定性、重现性较好。通过相似度评价,比较了10批野马追的质量,其相似度均在0.9以上。结论]该法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为野马追药材质量检测的方法。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to establish HPLC fingerprint of Eupatorium lindleyanum.Method] The fingerprints were obtained on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 ml,3.5 μm)with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 0.04% phosphoric acid(A)and acetonitrile(B).The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min,the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.The gradient elution step was:0-15 min,A was 90%-70%;15-30 min,A was 70%-20%;30-35 min,A was 20%-10%.Result] Fourteen common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks and the fingerprints were evaluated by the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint(2004 revision)with the correlation coefficient above 0.9.Conclusion] This method with good precision and reproducibility is reliable for the quality control of Radix Eupatorium lindleyanum.
