| 摘 要： | 本文以3大类、21个类目、43个要素为评价指标,通过对全国29个省(市、自治区)农业科研机构投入、产出和效益的统计计算和聚类分析,将其分为科研能力强、科研能力弱和科研能力中3大类;借助于主分量分析确认影响科研能力的主导因素是人才投入的数量、质量和结构。

| Abstract: | An assessing system consisting of 3 units,21 subunits and 43 indexes was developed based on the input, output and efficiency in agricultural research. With Systematic Cluster Analysis (SCA) method,the 29 academies of agricultural sciences at provincial level in China were divided into 3 groups characterized by high, intermediate and low research capacity. It was concluded by means of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) that the main factors affecting research capacity were number,capability and age gradation of agricultural scientists in the academy. |
