| 摘 要： | 用丝状霉形体接种2头健康牛,15日后均出现补反阳性反应,第16、17日则分别剖杀,主要病交呈现为非典型性纤维素性肺炎和淋巴组织增生,在肺泡上皮细胞表面和细胞间隙以及肺组织培养物中均发现有病原体。

| Abstract: | Two healthy cattle were inoculated with Mycoplasma mycoides. They showed positive reaction in complement fixation test 15 days after inoculation the cattle were killed 16 and 17 days after inoculation The main pathological changes were atypical fibrinous pneumonia and proliferation of lymphoid tissue. The pathogen was found be ween pulmonary epithelial cells and in the culture of pulmonary tissue. |
