摘    要:本文详细阐述了工厂化育苗在现代农业中的重要地位,介绍了工厂化育苗生产线流程及特点。基于(fishertechnik)慧鱼创意组合模型中的机器人技术,设计并制作了工厂化育苗生产线机器人模型。该模型主要建立在LL Win.3.0软件基础上,采用感光传感器检测光线,将“感应”变换为电信号,实现基质装盘、基质压穴、播种、覆基质、浇水的机械化与智能化。为工厂化育苗生产线的进一步理论研究提供了明确的思路以及研究方向。

Abstract:This paper described the importance of industrialized grow seedlings,introduced the process and characteristic of industrialized grow seedlings. Based on the robot technology of fischertechnik,we have designed and made the industrialized grow seedlings model line. Mainly adopting photo-electricity transistor to check the ray, this model changed the induction into electric signal,realize the function of put the material in the dish,dig a pit,sow seeds,cover base material,watering,reallze grow seedlings mechanized and intellectualized. This paper provides a theory basis for the further research.
