鸭、鹅骨髓细胞形态和骨髓象的观察

摘    要:对15只成鸭,10只成鹅股骨骨髓内不同发育阶段的血细胞进行了形态学观察和分类计数.鹅的红系细胞体积略大.鸭、鹅嗜酸性粒细胞轮廓清楚,颗粒着暗红色.幼稚血栓细胞成群分布,细胞界限不清.鸭、鹅骨髓内粒系总数分别为39.11%、39.40%;红系总数分别为33.10%、37.92%;粒红比分别为1.18:1、1.04:1。

Abstract:In the present parper, the bone marrow cells of various stayes were observed and counted in the shank of 15 ducks and 10 goose. The cell diameter of erythrocytic system in goose was bigger. The nuclei of cosinophilic granulocytes in ducks and goose were clearer, and the granules were dark red. Young thrombcytes distributed in groupes and the cell boundary could not be seen. The granulocytic series. 39. 11% (duck) ; 39. 10% (goose). The erythroytic resies,33. 10% (Duck) ; 37. 92 % (goose). Myeboid:erythroid rotio, 1. 18: 1 (duck ) ; 1. 04: 1 (goose).
