| 摘 要： | 考察了目前我国乡镇企业的规模经营现状，着重对大中型乡镇企业经营规模与经济效益之间的关系，以及行业规模经济效益和规模经济状态进行了实证分析，提出了推进规模经营及促进组织结构合理化等对策建议。

| Abstract: | TVP's present scale of running is investigated. The comprises inherence connection between running scale and economic benefits of large and medium enterprise, status and state of every industries' scale economies were analysed and demonstrated. Some proposals are brought about, such as optimizing industrial organization structure, and promoting modern corporation and enterprise' group's founding, etc. |
