| 摘 要： | 当前对大环内酯类药残的监控日益受到重视,本文主要介绍国内外检测不同基质中大环内酯类抗生素药物残留采用的各种提取和净化方法;分析比较了薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法、微生物效价法、气相色谱-质谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱法、免疫测定法等几种检测方法的优劣;认为采用HPLC和HPLC-MS法用于检测多种大环内酯类药物残留,能够很好地满足标准限量的要求。

| Abstract: | The drug residual monitoring of macrolide has been aroused an attention increasingly.But there has not been the standard method for determining the residual multiplicate macrolide in aquatic product.This paper mainly introduces methods for extracting,purifying and determining the macrolide antibiotics residue in different matrixs.Various detection methods are analyzed and compared,such as thin-layer chromatography（TLC）,ultraviolet spectrophotometry,microorganism valence,gas chromatography-mass spectrography（GC-MS）,high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）,high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry（LC-MS）.Finally,high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry（LC-MS） are considered as the suited methods that can meet the standard limit. |
