摘    要:研究了夜蛾斯氏线虫侵染黄粉虫后虫体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力变化.结果表明:接入线虫后,黄粉虫体内的SOD活力显著上升,其中侵染时间为16h时,3种线虫剂量处理的黄粉虫体内SOD活力达到最大值,均显著高于对照,之后开始下降,且线虫剂量越大,下降越快.接种线虫后,各处理黄粉虫体内POD活力侵染时间为8h时,均显著高于对照(P0.05),24h以后的黄粉虫体内POD的活力开始显著下降,对照仍保持上升趋势.接种线虫后,各处理黄粉虫体内CAT活力先上升后下降,接线虫后8~32h,100头线虫剂量处理组的虫体内CAT活力均极显著高于对照(P0.01),侵染时间为40h后,虫体内CAT活力反而极显著低于对照(P0.01).表明黄粉虫在昆虫病原线虫侵染的初期具较强的防御能力,16~32h以后防御能力显著下降.

Abstract:To explore the change in protective enzymes in Tenebrio molitor infected by entomopathogenic nematodes,T.molitor were infected by Steinernema feltiae in Gansu province and SOD,POD and CAT activities of the infected T.molitor were detected at different times.The results showed that SOD activity of the infected T.molitorincreased significantly.The activity of the infected SOD reached the maximum at the 16th hour and it was all significantly higher than the control among 3 different treatments.At the 16th hour,SOD activity declined significantly and decreased with the growing number of the S.feltiae.POD activity was significantly(P<0.05)higher than the control at the 8th hour.At the 24th hour,the activity of infected POD declined significantly and the control still increased.Firstly the activity of infected CAT increased significantly,then went down.After the T.molitor was infected in 8~32 hours,the treatment infected by 100 S.feltiae was significantly higher than the control(P<0.01).However,after 40 hours it was all significantly lower than the control(P<0.01).It was suggested that the defense system of infected T.molitor enhanced at initial period,but dropped sharply after 16~32 hours.
