水稻与基腐病菌互作中的活性氧代谢

摘    要:对水稻与基腐病菌互作中活性氧及其相关酶系与抗性关系进行了研究。结果表明:超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)、H2O2、MDA在接种后24 h达到高峰,且抗病品种的含量比感病品种高;SOD在抗感品种接种病菌24 h后活性增加,均达到高峰,然后开始下降,但总趋势为抗病品种低于感病品种;CAT在接种后24 h和96 h,感病品种出现2个高峰,而抗病品种的活性在整个过程中变化不明显。

Abstract:Activities of reactive oxidative specifies(ROS) were investigated in interaction of rice with the pathogen Erwinia chrysanthemi pv.zeae.The results showed that O2.-,H2O2 and MDA increased at higher level in resistant variety(128) than those in susceptible variety(Texian 13) after 24 hours post inoculation with the pathogen.The SOD activity increased in 128 and Texian13 after inoculation 24 hours and later decreased,but usually SOD activity in 128 was lower than that in Texian 13.And the CAT activity in Texian13 had two peaks at 24 hours and 96 hin Texian13,but little change in 128.In conclusion,ROS and its relative enzymes were related to rice resistance to E.chrysanthemi pv.zeae.
