植酸酶基因工程研究进展

摘    要:植酸酶在动物、植物和微生物的磷代谢中起着重要作用,近年来随着真菌基因工程和植物基因工程研究的发展,已克隆出10多个真菌的植酸酶基因,并利用构建基因工程菌的方法,大大提高了微生物生产植酸酶的效率。通过转基因方法,目前已经成功地将几种真菌植酸酶基因转到水稻、玉米等作物中,通过特异表达提高了转基因作物自身植酸酶含量。本文从真菌基因工程和植物基因工程2个方面综述了植酸酶研究取得的进展,并比较和分析了植酸酶植物基因工程和真菌基因工程各自的优缺点。

Abstract:Phytases play an important role in animal,plant and microbial.In recent years,with fungal genetic engineering and plant genetic engineering development,more than 10 fungal phytase genes have been cloned,and the microbial phytase production efficiency has been greatly increased through constructing genetically engineered bacteria.Rice,corn and other crops have been got transgenic plant of fungal phytase gene which increasing transgenic crops phytase production.The development of fungal genetic engineering and plant genetic engineering were introduced.And their advantages and disadvantages were discussed in order to find out how to improve phytase production.
