摘    要:调查了在夏秋交替季节利用复合垂直流人工湿地-池塘组合系统养殖斑点叉尾鮰苗种池塘中的浮游生物,研究结果表明:1)系统内各塘间浮游植物和轮虫各自的密度和生物量差异显著,且随养殖密度的增加而递增,而各塘间甲壳动物的密度和生物量无显著差异;2)系统内浮游植物和轮虫各自的密度和生物量在调查期内无显著波动,而甲壳动物的密度和生物量存在显著的波动性;3)循环水导致各塘中浮游生物出现交叉现象,且各塘中浮游生物的优势种处于不断的更替状态;4)养殖密度的增加促进了浮游植物的生长繁殖并推动了浮游动物的小型化。

Abstract:The plankton community structure and its dynamics were studied during the alternation of summer and autumn in a recycling Ictalurus punctatus fry aquaculture system,which used two different Integrated Verticalflow Constructed Wetlands treating the wastewater.The results showed that:1) Both the density and biomass of phytoplankton and rotifer respectively were significantly different among the ponds of the system,and ascended with the increasing of culturing density of IctalurusPunctatus fry,but crustacean did not;2) Both the density and biomass of crustacean fluctuated significantly in the system during the investigation,but neither phytoplankton nor rotifer did;3) The intercrossing of plankton among different ponds was attributed to the recycling water and the dominant species alternate continually in each pond;4) The increasing of culturing density of Ictalurus punctatus fry promoted the growth of plankton and accelerated the process of miniaturization of zooplankton.
