摘    要:近年来,由于氮肥利用效率的不断下降,植物氮素的营养学研究更是日益受到重视。氮肥利用率受施氮水平、施用方法、土壤性状、气象条件、品种类型等多种因素的影响,平均利用率只有30%-35%。减少氨的挥发和反硝化作用,选育氮高效、耐低氮品种是提高氮素利用率、减少环境污染与资源浪费和实现农业可持续发展的主要途径。本文简要概述15N标记技术尤其是示踪技术在植物氮素的吸收、利用及分配等方面的应用及近年来的研究进展。

Abstract:The investigation of plant nitrogen nutrition was highly attched by much more pursuer recently in order to improve the lower-utilize-rate of nitrogen.Nitrogen fertilizer utilization ratio is affected by various factors such as N level,applied method,soil properties,meteorological phenomena,and breed types,its average utilization ratio only have 30%~35%.Reducing ammonic volatilization and nitrification,using high N use efficiency and low N responsiveness simultaneously are the main approaches of sustainable development in agriculture to improve utilization ratio of nitogen,decrease environmental pollution and waste of resources.This paper summarised the advance of 15N on the absorb,utilization and distribution of plant nitrogen.The application of 15N tracer method on plant nitrogen nutrition research would be summarized in this paper.
