摘    要:在室内测试了12种植物的乙醇提取物对荔枝蒂蛀虫的产卵驱避作用,结果表明,在选择性试验和非选择性试验中红花羊蹄甲的乙醇提取物驱避作用最高,分别为79.52%和86.87%。用4种不同溶剂对红花羊蹄甲的乙醇提取物做进一步的分离,确定其有效活性物质主要分布在乙酸乙酯和水层萃取物中,驱避率分别为80.69%和74.26%。

Abstract:The oviposition repellent effect of alcohol extracts from twelve plants on Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley was investigated.The result showed that the oviposition repellent effect of alcohol extracts of Bauhinia blaakeana was the best.The choice and non-choice repellent rates were 79.52% and 86.87%,respectively.The alcohol extracts from Bauhinia blaakeana was separated by four different solutions.It were confirmed that the main active substance was in the ethyl acetate extracts and water extracts.With repellents rates were 80.69% and 74.26%,respectively.
