摘    要:参照已知植物GH3的氨基酸序列,通过比较找出相对保守的氨基酸序列设计简并引物,通过RT-PCR和RACE法得到高山红景天GH3的3'端,其长度838bp,编码200个氨基酸的602 bp位于GH3的开放阅读框内和一段长36bp的3'非编码区(3'UTR).序列比较结果表明,GH3推导的氨基酸序列与已公布的几种植物GH3氨基酸序列有较高的序列同源性.

Abstract:The primer was designed referring to the conservative amino acid sequences of known plant GH3.The partial sequence of GH3 were amplified from Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor by RT-PCR and RACE respectively.The results as follows:the length of cloned GH3 cDNA is 838bp,which is comprised in open reading frame(ORF) of 602 bp encoding 200 amino acids and untranslated region(3'UTR) of 36 bp.The results of sequence comparison indicated that the amino acids sequence deduced from the nucleotide sequence of GH3 form Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor shares high sequence homology with the selected GH3 amino acids of plants.
