基于磁悬浮的电磁天平的设计

摘    要:设计了基于磁悬浮的电磁天平,采用磁悬浮作支点,通过自动参数采集与处理,得出被测物体的重量与电流的关系,从而实现对物体的测量。它能自动调节天平平衡,具有灵敏度、精度较高等特点,能有效的提高测量的精度和效益。

Abstract:A electromagnetic balance basing on magnetic suspension is designed.Using magnetic levitation as a fulcrum and through the automatic acquisition and processing parameters,the relationship of the weight of the measured object and the current is obtained,and then the object of measurement is achieved.It can automatically adjust the balance;it has the character of sensitivity and high accuracy,so the measurement accuracy and efficiency are effectively improved.
