摘    要:以伤根、留叶数、上部叶不同采收方式3因素组合按L9(34)正交试验研究了K326上部叶烟碱含量及某些生理性状的变化。结果表明:各处理上部叶烟碱含量与对照相比总体上呈下降趋势。伤根面对上部叶烟碱含量的影响最大,达极显著水平;留叶数和不同采收方式对上部叶烟碱含量的影响达显著水平。各处理烟株上部叶的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和硝酸还原酶活性总体呈下降趋势;在3面伤根的影响下,上部叶气孔导度显著降低,而12、面伤根的影响无明显规律。

Abstract:An orthogonal test table L_9(3~4) was used with the factors of root cutting,leaf population and harvesting methods to research the nicotine content and certain physiological characters change of upper leaves of K326.The results were as follows:the nicotine content of each treatment was declined compared with CK.Root cutting has the biggest effect on the nicotine content and reached the highly significant level,while leaf population and harvesting methods had a significant effect on the nicotine content.Net photosynthetic rate transpiration rate and NR of each treatment took on the drop tendency in total;under three sides root cutting,stomatal conductance to CO_2 of upper leaves,while the influence of one side or two sides root cutting hadn't obvious regularity.
