| 摘 要： | 大白口蘑（Tricholoma giganteum）菌丝生长的最适碳源是果糖，最适氮源是酵母粉，最适温度28～32℃，最适pH4．0～5．0，最适培养基含水量60％。子实体原基分化温度20～28℃，最适昼夜温差6℃，空气相对湿度85％～90％时能正常形成原基。
