| 摘 要： | 利用有机溶剂对杂草根中的有机氯农药进行提取,经层析净化后,利用气相色谱测定各种有机氯农药的残留量.结果表明,该方法的加标回收率为81.2%-112.6%,检出限为(0.01-0.05)mg.L-1,线性相关系数R2≥0.99.表明该方法适合于杂草根中有机氯农药多残留的快速检测. |

| Abstract: | After the sample was extracted and purified on columns,the residues of organochloride pesticides in weed roots were determined by capillary gas chromatography with ECD.The results showed the average recovery of pesticides was 81.2%-112.6%,the minimum detectable concentration ranged from 0.01 mg·L-1 to 0.05 mg·L-1,and the correlation coefficient(R2) was not less than 0.99. |
