簧载质量对车辆行驶跑偏的影响

摘    要:车辆行驶跑偏是常见的故障现象,引起该故障的原因很多,大部分原因分析往往将焦点集中在四轮定位参数上,忽视了簧载质量对车辆行驶跑偏的影响。本文列出了跑偏的检验标准,对引起行驶跑偏的各种原因进行了说明,并重点对簧载质量所引起汽车行驶跑偏的机理进行了分析,最后进行了实例验证,其结论对解决车辆的实际跑偏问题及对整车设计都具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Vehicle running deviation is a common fault phenomenon caused by many different factors.The most of the cause analyses tend to focus on four-wheel alignment parameters,but the impact of the sprung-mass is ignored.In this paper,the test standard for running deviation is introduced,the running deviation reasons are described,and the principle of vehicle running deviation caused by sprung-mass is introduced in detail with the practical example for verification.The conclusions can provide the great reference value for solving the vehicle running deviation and designing the vehicles.
