| 摘 要： | 在分析我国各地的户籍制度改革存在的标准设置不尽合理、相关配套措施未及时跟上等问题的基础上,以信息化为手段,系统研究了户籍改革的新路径,即加强土地、人口、教育、劳动力市场等方面的信息化管理,进而更好地完成城乡统筹。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems in reform of household registration system in China,such as the unreasonable standards and outdated supportive measures,etc.,the new paths to the household registration reform were systematically studied with the tool of informatization,for example,to improve the informatization management of lands,population,education,labors,market,etc.,and realize the urban-rural coordinative development. |
