山莓的多倍体诱导

摘    要:[目的]研究用秋水仙素诱导山莓多倍体的方法。[方法]诱导出的以山莓组培苗腋芽为试验材料,研究在不同秋水仙素浓度下山莓多倍体的诱导效果,并对诱导出的多倍体进行细胞学鉴定。[结果]秋水仙素对山莓有严重的毒害作用,且其随浓度的增加山莓死亡率逐渐升高;多倍体诱导率随秋水仙素浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势。[结论]秋水仙素浓度为0.40‰时,山莓诱导多倍体效果最好。

Polyploidy Induction of Rubus corchorifolius

Abstract:[Objective]To study the polyploidy induction method of Rubus corchorifolius by colchicines.[Method]With the raspberry seedlings with axillary bud as the experimental material,the polyploidy was inducted with different colchicines concentrations and then cytologically identified.[Result]Colchicine had serious adverse effects to Rubus corchorifolius,and the death rate of Rubus corchorifolius gradually improved with increasing concentration of colchicines;polyploid induction rate increased at first and then decreased with the improving colchicine concentration.[Conclusion]The highest induction frequently was achieved with colchicines at 0.04‰.
