超声辅助甲醇萃取麻疯树籽油脱酸研究

摘    要:目的]研究超声辅助甲醇萃取麻疯树籽油脱酸情况。方法]以麻疯树籽油为原料,采用超声辅助甲醇萃取法对原料油进行预处理,分别考察了超声功率、超声时间、超声温度和醇油体积比对脱酸效果的影响。结果]最佳萃取条件为超声功率70 W,超声时间5min,超声温度50℃,醇油体积比为2∶1,萃取次数2次。在最佳条件下可将麻疯树籽油酸值从7.58 mg KOH/g降低到1.45 mg KOH/g。结论]超声辅助甲醇萃取法较传统的溶剂萃取法,具有工艺简单、使用有机溶剂用量少,操作时间短等优点,是一种麻疯树籽油脱酸的理想方法。

Deacidification Jatropha curcas L. Seed Oil with Ultrasounic-assisted Methanol Extraction

Abstract:Objective] Study the deacidification Jatropha curcas L.seed oil with ultrasounicassisted methand extraction.Method] Ultrasounic-assisted methanol extraction was applied to pretreat Jatropha curcas L.seed oil in order to reduce the free fatty acid content of the oil.Four extraction variables such as ultrasonic power,extraction time,extraction temperature and volume ratio of methanol to oil which affect the extraction efficiency were investigated,respectively.Result] The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: power 70 W,time 5 min,temperature 50 ℃,volume ratio of methanol to oil 2∶ 1,and extraction for 2 times.The acid value can be reduced from 7.58 mg KOH/g to 1.45 mg KOH/g under those conditions.Conclusion] Ultrasounic extraction had the advantages of simple process,few organic solvent consumptions,short operation time and other advantages in comparison with the traditional solvent extraction method,which was a kind of ideal Jatropha curcas seed oil deacidification method.
