| 摘 要： | 栝楼始载于《神农本草经》,其果实、果皮、种子及块根分别作瓜蒌、瓜蒌皮、瓜蒌子和天花粉入药,具有扩张冠状动脉、保护心肌缺血、降低胆固醇、抗癌和降血糖等多种药理作用,为治疗冠心病的常用中药。为了更好的利用栝楼资源,深化栝楼的化学成分和药效学研究,现对其化学研究进展进行综述,为今后的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Trichosanthes kirilowii is a common traditional Chinese medicine for treating coronary heart disease with pharmacological actions of expanding coronary artery,protecting myocardial ischemia,lowering cholesterol,anti-cancer and reducing blood sugar.In order to better utilize T.kirilowii resource,deeply study chemical constituents and pharmacodynamics,the research advances were reviewed,which will provide reference for future study. |
