| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨没食子和五倍子对牛切牙脱矿与再矿化的动力学影响。方法]运用恒pH研究法,比较天然药物没食子和五倍子的防龋效果,并探讨没食子和五倍子对牛切牙的作用机制。结果]脱矿速率曲线表明,空白组的脱矿能力最强,没食子组次之,五倍子组的最弱;再矿化速率曲线表明,五倍子组的再矿化能力最强,没食子组次之,空白组的最弱。结论]五倍子和没食子对牙齿具有保护作用,但没食子的效果较五倍子差。
