摘 要: | [目的]探索苏丹草愈伤组织酚类物质的最佳提取工艺。[方法]以3种不同类型的苏丹草愈伤组织为材料,采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法研究了超声波破碎时间、乙醇浓度以及抽提次数对酚类物质提取效率的影响。[结果]提取苏丹草愈伤组织酚类物质的最佳工艺条件为:抽提液乙醇浓度50%,超声波破碎时间32 min,抽提次数3次。3种不同类型的苏丹草愈伤组织中,Ⅱ型愈伤组织的酚类物质含量最高。[结论]该研究为苏丹草的综合开发和深度利用提供技术支持。

Study on Extraction Method of Polyphenols in Callus of Sorghum sudanense |

Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the optimum extraction for polyphenols in callus of Sorghum sudanense.[Method] With three different kinds of S.sudanense callus as materials,effects of microwave time,ethanol concentration and tines on extraction efficiency were studied by using Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry method.[Result] The optimum conditions of phenols extraction for S.sudanense callus was ensured that the ultrasonic crushing time is 32 min,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶5,the ethanol concentration is 50% and the extraction time is 3.The II type callus has the highest polyphenol content.[Conclusion] The study will provide technique support for comprehensive development and deeply utilization of S.sudanense. |
