微波辅助提取木棉叶总黄酮研究

摘    要:[目的]确定从木棉叶中提取总黄酮的优化务件.[方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验对微波辅助提取木棉叶总黄酮的工艺条件进行了探讨,研究了溶剂浓度、料液比、微波功率及微波处理时间对黄酮提取的影响.[结果]木棉叶中总黄酮微波辅助提取的最佳条件为乙醇的体积分数70%,料液比1∶50 g/ml,微波功率为240W,微波处理时间为60s,在此条件下木棉叶中总黄酮含量为6.11%.[结论]微波提取总黄酮的方法简便、高效,可用于木棉叶的质量控制.

Microwave-assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from the Leaves of Gossampinus malabarica(DC.) Merr

Abstract:[Objective] To study the optimal extract conditions from the leaves of Gossampinus malabarica [Method] The technological condition of microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids of the leaves of G.malabarica were investigated by the single factor and orthogonal experiments.The influence of solvent concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio,microwave power and microwave treatment time on the extraction was studied.[Results] The results showed that the optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were as follows: alcohol concentration 70%,solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶ 50 g/ml,microwave power 240 W and microwave extraction time 60 s.The content of flavoniods from the leaves of G.malabarica was 6.11%.[Conclusion] The microwave-assisted extraction was simple,high performance,and could be used to control the quality of the leaves of G.malabarica.
