农民工市民化与城镇化发展的关系及对策研究

对农民工市民化与城镇化发展的关系进行了剖析,以期对两者之间的联系有一个较为全面的认识:一方面,农民工市民化与城镇化之间存在相互促进的关系;另一方面,农民工市民化过程中存在许多障碍,其与城镇化发展的关系并不协调,需要在户籍管理体制、农民工就业体系、公共服务社会保障等方面破解农民工市民化过程中的难题。

Relations and Countermeasures between the Citizenization of Migrant Workers and the Urbanization

The relationship between the citizenization of migrant workers and urbanization was exposed,in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of their links.On the one hand,they are mutually promoted;on the other hand,there are many obstacles to the citizenization of migrant workers,resulting in its uncoordinated relations with urbanization,thus there is a need to remove these obstacles from the aspects of household registration management system,migrant workers employment system,public services and social security problems.
