作物学专业本科生生物信息学课程教学改革

摘    要:从学时限制、语言障碍、针对性教材的缺乏及分析处理能力的欠缺等方面,系统阐述了我国作物学本科专业的生物信息学教学现状与所面临的困境。在此基础上,提出了通过体现作物学特色的案例教学、适当的课外延伸、考试格局的灵活把握、教材(尤其是实验教程)的建设及教师持续的自我学习等途径,在突出生物信息学的应用性、针对性及系统性的同时,激发作物学专业本科生对生物信息学的学习兴趣,从而实现理论基础与应用教学的共同发展。

Abstract:The current situation and major problems of bioinformatics education in crop science major were expounded,such as the shortage of teaching hours,language barriers,lack of teaching materials and data processing ability,etc..On this basis,to improve the application,orientation and systematicness of bioinformatics,lots of strategies were discussed,including case studying,utilization of extracurricular reading,adjustment of the composition of final exam,optimization of teaching resources,especially the handbook for experimenters,updating the knowledge by teachers themselves.These above measures could stimulate the students’ interests of bioinformatics and help them to get a well balance between the theories and applications of bioinformatics.
