摘 要: | [目的]测定金针菇中对人体有益的金属元素的含量。[方法]采用微波消解法消解样品,用原子吸收光谱法测定新疆产金针菇中Zn、Fe,K、Na、Ca 5种金属元素的含量。[结果]试验得出,金针菇中Zn、K、Fe、Na、Ca的含量依次为114.25、105.61、81.63、42.71、54.36 mg/kg,其中Zn、K、Fe 3种元素的含量均较高,Na、Ca 2种元素含量较低。该方法的加标回收率为93.6%~103.7%,RSD1.04%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。[结论]该研究为探索金针菇的食疗作用提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract: | [Objective] To determine beneficial metal elements content to human body from Flammulina velutiper.[Method] After microwave digestion for sample preparation,flame atomic absorption method was used for contents determination of Zn,Fe,K,Na,Ca in golden mushroom.[Result] The content of Zn,K,Fe,Na and Ca in F.velutiper were 114.25,105.61,81.63,42.71,54.36 mg/kg respectively,among which,the content of Zn,K,Fe were higher than that of Na,Ca.The addictive recovery rate was 93.6%-103.7%,RSD<1.04%.[Conclusion] The study will provide theoretical basis for exploring dietetic therapy of F.velutiper. |
