烤烟化学指标和物理特性间的关系研究

摘    要:目的]了解烤烟烟叶各项化学指标与其物理特性间的关系,为烟草的加工与贮存以及卷烟企业烟制品的配伍性提供参考。方法]检测了76种国内烤烟烟叶样品的总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、氯、钾、淀粉、类胡萝卜素、叶片厚度、叶面密度、拉力、平衡含水率、含梗率、填充值,并对检测数据进行了简单相关分析、灰色关联度分析和典型相关分析。结果]烟叶物理特性指标的稳定性强于化学成分指标,技术措施可以调控烤烟风格特色;3种分析方法得出的各项化学指标与物理特性指标相关性基本一致,但程度不完全一致,综合3种方法的分析结果来看,烤烟烟叶总糖、还原糖与叶面密度、叶片厚度、含梗率间的关系最为密切,淀粉含量也能在一定程度上反映或影响烤烟的叶面密度。结论]研究烟草物理特性指标与化学成分间的相互关系,有利于深入了解烟草的物理特性形成机理,并可为通过化学成分间接评价烟草的物理特性提供依据。

Relationship between Physical Properties and Chemical Indexes of Flue-cured Tobacco

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the relationship between the chemical indexes and physical properties of flue-cured tobacco.Method] The total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,chlorine,potassium and starch,carotenoids,leaf thickness,leaf density,tensile breaking strength,balanced moisture content,percentage of stem,filling value of seventy six domestic flue-cured tobacco samples were tested,and the simple correlation analysis,gray correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis of the obtained data were carried out Result] The results indicated that: the stability of the physical properties of tobacco is stronger than the chemical composition indexes,technical measures can control tobacco style characteristics;the relation of the chemical and physical properties are basically the same derived from by three analysis methods,but the extent is not entirely consistent,comprehensive analysis results of three kinds of methods,total sugar,reducing sugar and leaf density,leaf thickness,including percentage of stem most closely related and starch content to some extent,reflect or affect the density of flue-cured tobacco leaves.Conclusion] The study would be beneficial for deep studying tobacco physical properties formation mechanism,and provide basis for indirectly evaluating tobacco physical properties by chemical components.
