Abstract:The evaluation indexes of hygiene quality of feed products from animal sources were discussed in three aspects of physical and chemical quality,chemical pollutants and microbiological pollution.The meaning of the main items,the standard for limitation of the indexes and the control measure for hygiene quality of feed products from animal sources were described in detail.
