| 摘 要： | 甘草种子经80%H2SO4处理虽可显著提高其发芽率和出苗率,但处理时间的长短对其发芽率和出苗率均有显著的影响.试验得出用80%H2SO4处理1.5 h,可使甘草的发芽率达92.6%,出苗率达87%.贮存一年的种子与当年种子在处理方法相同的条件下,发芽率和出苗率无显著差异.

| Abstract: | Treated with 80%H_ 2SO_ 4, the germination and seedling ratio of licorice have beed increased obviously. The experiment shows that hours treated by 80%H_ 2SO_ 4 have an evident effect on the result and the optimal time is 1.5 hours. On this condition, The germination and seedling ratio con be up to 92.6%, 87% separately, the germination and seedling ratio of licorice are not obviously different between new seed and the stored one-year seed. |
