植物挥发性成分对柑桔潜叶蛾产卵行为的影响

摘    要:柑桔潜叶蛾成虫对寄主和产卵部位的选择是其生存和种群发展的生物学基础。人工叶片法试验结果表明,寄主植物幼嫩叶中的挥发性化学物质对柑桔潜叶蛾成虫产卵有明显的引导作用,但不同柑桔品种对成虫产卵的影响没有显著差异,显示其含有相同的挥发性物质。用非寄主植物叶片试验发现,其挥发性物质对成虫产卵有明显的驱避干扰作用。马缨丹和印楝叶对成虫产卵的驱避中量(ORD50)分别为13.5和49.4mg鲜叶。

Abstract:Citrus leafminer lives only on the tender part of citrus trees so that the detection of edible host plant is crucial to its survival and population development. The effect of volatile constituent from several host and non-host plants on its oviposition behavior was measured with the artificial leaf test. It was found that the volatile constituents from citrus young leaves were positive cue for oviposition and no significant difference between the volatiles from different citrus varieties occurred, indicating similar volatile compounds might be produced. The volatiles from non-host plant leaves exhibited remarkable interference to the oviposition of the adults. The bio-chemistry and physiology of leaves of common lantana ( Lantana camara ) and neem ( Azadirachta indica ) , which possessed the median oviposition repellency dosage (ORD50) at 13.5 mg and 49.4 mg fresh leaf weight, respectively , are worthy of further investigation.
