棉花根际促生菌筛选菌株的分类鉴定

从棉花根际中分离到的大量细菌，经多次盆栽和田间试验，筛选到６株对棉花具有防病促长促菌株，编号为ＣＳ８５、ＺＲ、ＰＦ２、ＺＳ１、１８和Ｓ１４。根据它们的形态和培养特征以及生理生化牧场生等的鉴定结果。将６５株菌分别归属为荧光假单胞杆菌、恶臭假单胞杆菌、假单胞杆菌ＰＦ２、野油菜黄单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和腊状芽孢杆菌。

CLASSFICATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE PLANT GROWTHPROMOTING RHIZOBACTERIA (PGPR) IN COTTON

Six strains, namely strain CS85,ZR,PF2,ZS1,S14,18 were isolated and screened from cotton rhizospheres. They had significant growthpromotion and diseasecontrol effects on cotton. The morphology, cultivation, physiology and biochemistry of these strains have been studied. The result showed that strain CS85 is identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens , strain ZR is identified as P. putida , strain PF2 is identified as Pseudomonas PF2, strain ZS1 is identified as Xanthomonas campestris , strain S14 is identified as Bacillus cereus and 18 as B. subtilis .
