育肥羊舍喷洒微生物除臭剂对氨气的去除效果研究

摘    要:旨在研究育肥羊舍喷洒微生物除臭剂对氨气(NH3)的去除效果。试验设3组,每天喷洒一次(1次/d)、每天喷洒两次(2次/d)和不喷洒除臭剂的对照舍。采用纳氏比色法对各组羊舍不同时间点(8:30~18:30,每隔2 h)、不同垂直高度(0.2~1.8 m)空间的NH3浓度进行检测。结果表明,喷洒除臭剂后不同时间点NH3浓度变化较大,喷洒2 h(10:30)和4 h(12:30)后,1次/d喷洒舍的NH3浓度低于对照舍,NH3降低效率分别达10.6%和41.5%。2种不同喷洒次数的羊舍NH3浓度比较,各时间点1次/d喷洒舍的NH3显著低于2次/d喷洒舍(P<0.05)。从喷洒除臭剂后羊舍NH3平均浓度看,1次/d的喷洒效果好于2次/d,1次/d的喷洒舍NH3平均浓度为5.0 mg/m^3,而对照舍和2次/d喷洒舍的浓度分别为6.2和6.3 mg/m^3。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the removal effect of ammonia gas(NH 3)by microbiological deodorant sprayed in fattening sheep sheds.Three sheds were used in this experiment.The microbiological deodorant was sprayed once a day for one shed and twice a day for another.The control shed was not sprayed with deodorant.The NH 3 concentrations in each shed were detected at different time(8:30~18:30,every 2 hours)and at different vertical heights(0.2~1.8 m)by Nessler's reagent colorimetry.Results showed that there was significant difference among NH 3 concentrations at different time after deodorant sprayed.The NH 3 concentrations at 2 h(10:30)and 4 h(12:30)after the spray were lower for once a day group than that for the control,decreasing by 10.6%and 41.5%,respectively.Compared with two spraying frequencies,the NH 3 concentration at each time point for spraying once a day group was lower than that for spaying twice a day group(P<0.05).From average NH 3 concentration and reducing effect after spraying deodorant,the effect for spraying once a day was better than that for twice a day,showing NH 3 concentration for once a day being 5.0 mg/m^3 while the concentrations for the other two groups being 6.2 and 6.3 mg/m^3,respectively.
