摘    要:玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum)在改良Fries培养液中培养可以产生HT-毒素。TLC分析表明:1号小种毒素至少有2种毒性成分,2号小种毒素至少有3种毒性成分。通过GC-MS、HRMS、NMR分析表明组分I的分子式为C6H6O3,分子量126.0328,其化学结构为5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛。组分Ⅱ分子量为124,初步推测为2,5-二甲醛呋喃。毒素钝化试验表明,代森锰锌、Na

Abstract:HT-toxin could be obtained from liquid culturing Exserohilum turcicum in modified Fries medium. TLC analysis showed that there were at least 2 kinds of toxic fractions in race 1 toxin, and 3 kinds of toxic fractions in race 2. Related analytic results such as gas chromatography spectrometry (GC-MS), high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRM S), 1H spectra and 13C spectra of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry (NMR) were as follows: the fraction I was 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde, its molecular formula was C6H6O3 and the molecular weight was 126. 032 8. The fraction fi was possible 2, 5-defurancarboxaldehyde. Some compounds inactivating HT -- toxin w ere studied. T he results indicated that M ancozeb, Na2MoO4, NaNO3, ZnSO4, KM nO4 and some saccharide such as dextrose, sucrose, maltose and soluble starch could inactivate the activity of HT-toxin. The biochemical index such as membrane permeability and the activity of CAT, Vc oxidative enzyme, SOD, POD, PAL and PPO changed after toxin treating corn cells. H2O2 and Mancozeb mixing with HT-stoxin had obvious effects on these changes.
