| 摘 要： | 新疆土地面积占国土面积1/6,具有很大的资源开发和空间发展优势。在当前新疆经济快速发展、大规模调水工程逐步实施、新的水土开发正在或即将进行时,本文总结近50年来新疆荒漠水土开发引发的环境问题,强调要深刻认识新疆荒漠生态环境的脆弱性,合理开发利用水土资源,高度重视生态环境的保护和建设,防患于未然。

| Abstract: | The area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China occupies 1/6of national territory,with a great predominanceof resources' exploitationand spatial development.While water transfer project was implemented stepby step and new exploitationof water and land resources is beginning or will begin with rapidly economicaldevelopment of Xinjiang,this paper summarized development andutilization of water and land resources and the ecoenvironment issues in Xinjiangin recent 50 years and emphasized to understanddeeply the vulnerabilityof Xinjiang desert ecoenvironment,to exploit rationallywater and land resources and to pay attention to the conservation of ecoenvironment. |
