一株抑耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)芽孢杆菌的筛选与鉴定

摘    要:为寻找一种对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)具有抑制作用的抗生素替代物,从568株芽孢杆菌中筛选出抑MRSA的芽孢杆菌5株,其中芽孢杆菌64-3的抑菌活性最强。生理生化特性鉴定和16s rDNA基因序列比对分析结果表明,菌株64-3为芽孢杆菌属枯草芽孢杆菌种(Bacillus subtilis)。该菌株菌体破碎物、菌悬液、发酵上清液和活菌对MRSA的抑菌效果表明,B.subtilis64 3的发酵上清液对MRSA的抑制效果最好。B.subtilis64 3产生的胞外抑菌物质对MRSA具有良好的抑制效果。

Abstract:Five strains out of 568 Bacillus isolates proved to have an antagonistic action toward methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Among the 5 strains,Bacillus strain 64-3 showed the best inhibitory effect against MRSA.Strain 64-3 was identified as Bacillus subtillus based on its morphological and physiological-biochemical properties in combination with 16s rDNA sequence analysis.Moreover,the cell-free extract,bacterial suspension and supernatant from strain 64-3 were used individually to examine their activity against MRSA.It was seen that the culture supernatant had the strongest action against MRSA compared with the other treatments.This implied that the metabolites produced by B.subtillus 64-3 had notable inhibition effect toward MRSA.
