| 摘 要： | 研究了打孔PE(聚乙烯)袋包装冬枣在室温、0±0.5℃和-2±0.5℃下的冷藏效果和冷藏中的生理变化。结果表明,冷藏可明显抑制冬枣的呼吸速率和内源乙烯的释放量,有效地保持了枣果的硬度、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性,延缓果肉的失重,抑制丙二醛含量的增加及膜透性的增大。其中,0±0.5℃下的贮藏效果优于-2±0.5℃下的,但其失重率却大于后者。 |

| Abstract: | Storage effect and physiological changes of Dongzao stored in perforated polyethylene film bags at different temperatures(CK,0±0.5 and -2±0.5) are studied.The result showed that cool-storage could inhibit the increasing of respiratory rate and ethylene production of fruit,keep the firm ness,POD and CAT activity better,retard the increasing of weight loss,MDA content and relative membrance permeability.Beside that,the quality of Dongzao jujube stored at 0±0.5 is better than at -2±0.5,but the weight loss is the opposite. |
