我国水土保持小流域综合治理的回顾与展望

以小流域为单元,在全国规划的基础上,进行综合、集中、连续的治理,是治理水土流失的一条成功经验。近10年,在国家水利部门的号召下,全国范围推行小流域综合治理,将生态环境治理与社会经济的可持续发展紧密结合,取得了显著的效果。
