| 摘 要： | 作为一名林业科技人员,我们都在研究荒山造林的技术问题,通过基层第一线27年的工作,笔者发现了我国西北地区荒山造林的一个严重问题,那就是西北干旱地区造林失败的原因,不是技术问题,而是战略问题,战略不调整,再先进的技术也只能是劳民伤财事倍功半。

| Abstract: | As a forestry science and technology personnel,we are studying the barren hills afforestation technology problem,through the basic first line 27 years of work,the author found in northwest regions of afforestation of barren hills a serious problem,that is the northwest arid region afforestation failure reason,is not a technical issue,but strategic problems,strategy does not adjust,and advanced technology also is only waste man power and money wasted effort. |
