12种化学杀虫剂对3种虫生真菌孢子萌发影响的研究

摘    要:本文报道了12种化学杀虫剂对14株球孢白僵菌、1株金龟子绿僵菌和2株粉拟青霉分生孢子发芽的影响,发现种种上杀虫剂皆对孢子发芽有程度不同的抑制,浓度愈高,影响愈大,总的来看,对绿僵菌影响最大,白僵菌次之,对拟青霉影响最小,灭幼脲3号对白僵菌和绿僵菌孢子萌发抑制作用最小,是菌药混用的较好候选杀虫剂。

Abstract:In the present paper,the effect of 12 chemical insecticides on conidial germi-nation of 14 strains of Beauveria bassiana,1 strain of Metarhizium anisopliae,and 2 strainsof Paecilomzyces farinosus were tested.The result showed that all insecticides inhibited thegermination to a certain degree,and the inhibition was stronger as concentration increased.In general,the impact on M.anisopliae was the highest,and lowest on P,farinosus.Di-flubenzuron inhibited B.bassiana and M. anisopliae most poorly,suggesting a good candidatefor combined use of chemical and fungal insecticides,In addition,different strains of the samefungus were differently susceptible to an insecticide.Based on the above results,it is suggest-ed that strict experiment should be conducted before combining specific chemical and fungalinsecticides.
