摘    要:用50 mmol/L磷酸缓冲液pH值7.8、去离子水、5%三氯乙酸3种提取液分别提取小苍兰叶片中的MDA,分别与5%三氯乙酸+0.5%TBA、1 mol/L HCl+0.5%TBA、30%乙酸+0.5%TBA 3种显色液进行交差显色试验.结果表明:用去离子水提取植物体内的MDA效果较好,用30%乙酸+0.5%TBA与MDA显色,反应产物在特定波长(532 nm)处有明显吸收峰值.

Abstract:Three extraction solvents of 50 mmol/L phosphate butler at pH 7.8,deionized water,5% TCA were used to extract MDA in leaves of Freesia refracta respectively.The MDA extracted by three extraction solvents were reacted with three chromogenic reagents of 5%TCA 0.5%TBA,1 mol/L HCl 0.5%TBA,30%HAC 0.5%TBA,respectively.The results showed that deionized water had better effect of extracting plant endogenous MDA and its reactions products with chromogenic reagent of 30%TCA 0.5%TBA had a remarkable absorption peak at the wavelength of 532 nm.
