Agricultural production was the basic industry of the mankind existences,so a road of sustainable development had to be found out.Educational community actively explored to chase efficient ecological agriculture as the development direction of agriculture in China.Efficient ecological agriculture as a kind of new completely agriculture development road,it needed to be taken into norm from each aspect with the law.Law,as the tool of adjusting social relationship with national compelling force as the guarantee,had important realistic significance to promote the development of efficient ecological agriculture in China.
