| 摘 要： | 目的]探索氯化钙对一氧化碳还原分解磷石膏的影响效果。方法]以CO作为还原剂,通过TG/DTG对CO还原分解磷石膏的反应过程的研究,探讨磷石膏中掺入5%CaCl2外加剂对还原分解过程的影响。结果]TG/DTG对CO还原分解磷石膏的反应过程可分为2个阶段：第1阶段即磷石膏中结晶水合物的脱水阶段,第2阶段即CO与磷石膏中CaSO4发生氧化还原反应的阶段。磷石膏失重率随着升温速率呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,但是变化量不大,而当磷石膏中掺入5%CaCl2外加剂时,随着升温速率的增大磷石膏的失重率将稳定在38%左右不变,同时,第2阶段的反应活化能将大大降低,磷石膏的失重率也会有所提高。结论]在磷石膏中掺入5%CaCl2外加剂能大大降低CO还原磷石膏的反应活化能,同时能提高磷石膏的失重率。
