| 摘 要： | １９９０—１９９３年用４头剂量三联苗免疫２０—６０日龄仔猪３２４１７头，１９９３年应用ＰＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ检测超剂量免疫后３０—６０天的猪血清８８份，结果血清中抗体能有效保护的占８１．９％，达不到保护的占１８．１％。

| Abstract: | During the period of 1990- 1993,32417 Piglets at the age of 20- 60 days wereinoculated with triple vaccine containing fourfold dosage of Hog cholera Vaccince to enhancethe immunity against Hog cholera. In 1993,88 serum samples of the piglets at the 30- 60days after incoculation were collected and determined by PPA- ELISA method,The resultsshowed that the available protective rate of antibody in serum is 81.9 per cent,the rest is notprotected. |
