草原生态服务价值核算体系构建研究

草地生态系统是我国陆地上最重要的生态系统类型之一,其生态服务价值巨大。而构成草原生态服务功能的指标具有多种,本研究选取较为常用的水土保持、涵养水源、固碳吐氧、维持生物多样性、净化空气、生态旅游、废弃物处理、营养物质循环8项指标进行了评价。通过价值评估方法的优缺点比较以及核算方法的筛选,选出可行又简捷的核算公式,最终建立一套较为科学、可操作的价值评价体系,为核算我国草原生态服务价值奠定基础,也为将草原资源纳入绿色GDP核算体系提供参考。

Calculation System Construction of Grassland Ecological Service Value

The grassland ecosystem,one of the most important terrestrial ecosystems,has enormous ecological service values.The indicators of grassland ecological services are various;this study took eight common indicators as the components of assessment,including soil and water conservation,water holding,carbon fixation and oxygen release,biological diversity maintaining,air cleaning,eco-tourism,waste regulation,and nutrient recycling.Through comparison of the advantages and disadvantages among the value assessment methods and selection of calculation methods,the feasible and simple accounting formulas were elected,and a more scientific and operational evaluating calculation system was finally established.This system lays the foundation for accounting ecological service value of China's grasslands,and also provides an important reference value for the incorporation of grassland resources into the green GDP calculation system.
